# Create Your Account

> Sign up for ZeroTwo and start using AI models from all leading providers in one unified workspace

## Getting Started

Creating your ZeroTwo account is quick and easy. Choose from multiple sign-up options and get started in minutes.

  ZeroTwo accounts are free to create. You can explore features and decide on a subscription plan that fits your needs.

## Sign Up Options

## Onboarding Process

After signing up, you'll go through a brief onboarding to personalize your experience.

### Step 1: Tell Us About Yourself

Answer a few questions to help us optimize your experience:

### Step 3: Enable Integrations (Optional)

Connect tools you already use:

* **Google Workspace**: Gmail, Calendar, Drive
* **Development Tools**: GitHub, Linear
* **Productivity**: Notion, Dropbox
* **Skip**: Connect later from Settings

## Profile Setup

### Basic Information

Complete your profile for a personalized experience:

1. **Profile Photo**: Upload an avatar (optional)
2. **Display Name**: How you appear to team members
3. **Bio**: Brief description (for team profiles)
4. **Location**: Time zone for scheduling features
5. **Preferences**: Language, theme, notifications

### Privacy Settings

Control your data and privacy:

## Account Security

### Strong Password Tips

  **Create a secure password**:

  * At least 12 characters
  * Mix of uppercase and lowercase
  * Include numbers and symbols
  * Avoid common words or patterns
  * Don't reuse passwords from other sites

### Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Secure your account with 2FA:

1. Go to **Settings** > **Security**
2. Click **Enable 2FA**
3. Scan QR code with authenticator app (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc.)
4. Enter verification code
5. Save recovery codes in a safe place

  Store your recovery codes securely! You'll need them if you lose access to your authenticator app.

### Session Management

Monitor and control active sessions:

* View all devices where you're logged in
* See last activity time and location
* Log out of specific sessions remotely
* Log out of all sessions except current

* New login from unrecognized device ✅ (recommended)

## Troubleshooting Signup

    3. Wait a few minutes (can take up to 10 minutes)
    4. Click "Resend verification email"
    5. Try a different email provider if issues persist

    * Pop-ups blocked by browser
    * Third-party cookies disabled
    * Browser extensions interfering

    * Enable pop-ups for zerotwo.ai

    * Try in incognito/private mode
    * Disable ad blockers temporarily

    * Check that you've authorized the application

## Invitation Codes

### Using an Invitation

If you received an invitation code:

1. Click the invitation link in your email
2. Sign up using any method
3. Invitation perks apply automatically
4. Check your account for bonus credits or features

### Team Invitations

Joining a team workspace:

1. Receive invitation email from team admin
2. Click **Join Team** in email
3. Sign up or sign in
4. Access team workspace immediately
